Processing Times (Handmade Items)

All items from Knotty by Jen are handmade to order.

Processing times typically range from 7 to 30+ business days, depending on order volume, product complexity, and material availability.

In some cases, processing times may exceed 30 days. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these timelines.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide updates if processing times are significantly extended. Customers are encouraged to contact us if they require status updates on their order.


Order Communication

We prioritize transparency throughout the production process.

If there are any significant delays beyond the estimated timeframe, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate and up to date.


Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using third-party carriers. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it is outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Carrier errors or delays

Risk of Loss & Liability

All orders are shipped at the customer’s risk.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Knotty by Jen is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Damage occurring during transit

If your package is lost or damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (if applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Order Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
