Are your products machine washable?

Yes! All Knotty by Jen blankets and most accessories are machine washable. We recommend a gentle cold cycle and laying flat to dry to keep your piece looking beautiful for years.

Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely! Custom orders are one of our favourite things. You can choose your colours, size, and style. Visit our Custom Orders page for all the details or email us at jaimi.p@knottybyjen.com.

How long does shipping take?

Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders take 1–3 weeks depending on complexity. You'll always receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes! We ship Canada-wide. We're based in Ontario, so Canadian orders typically arrive quickly. International shipping is available — contact us for a quote.

What sizes do blankets come in?

We offer single, twin, double/full, and queen sizes. Don't see the size you need? Custom sizing is always available — just reach out!

Can I see the products in person?

Yes! Visit our flea market booth to see, feel, and try everything in person. Follow @knottybyjen on Instagram for booth dates and locations.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online: all major credit cards, debit, and PayPal. At the booth: cash and card accepted.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Gift wrapping is available at the flea market booth. For online orders, send us a note at checkout and we'll do our best to make it special.

What if I'm not happy with my order?
